Hey,Chocoholic ! jenis-jenis coklat nih,, =D

   Produk coklat cukup beraneka ragam. Misalnya, ada coklat susu yang merupakan adonan coklat manis, cocoa butter, gula dan susu. Selain itu ada pula coklat pahit yang merupakan coklat alami dan mengandung 43% padatan coklat.

   Berikut ini Jenis-jenis coklat yang beredar dipasaran antara lain :
1. Couverture
   Jenis coklat terbaik, coklat ini sangat murni dengan persentase lemak kakao-nya yang tinggi sehingga menghasilkan flavor yang sangat baik. Biasanya digunakan untuk pembuatan produk coklat buatan tangan. Sebelum digunakan coklat jenis ini di-temper (dilelehkan) terlebih dahulu.

2. Plain Coklat
   Coklat jenis ini baik digunakan untuk kue, cake, dll. Persentase massa kakao bervariasi antara 30% - 70%. Semakin tinggi konsentrasi massa kakao semakin baik flavornya.

3. Milk Coklat
   Merupakan campuran gula, cocoa butter, coklat cair, susu dan vanilla. Coklat jenis ini paling banyak dikonsumsi. Massa kakao nya cukup rendah hanya 20% dan rasanya lebih manis dibandingkan plain coklat. Cokelat yang satu ini pasti disukai anak-anak karena bisa langsung disantap dengan rasa yang manis dan lembut karena mengandung susu. Jika Anda hendak membikin kue, cokelat jenis ini bukanlah pilihan yang baik. Selain kandungan cokelatnya relatif sedikit, cokelat ini mudah hangus bila dilelehkan.

4. White Coklat
   Merupakan campuran gula, cocoa butter, susu dan vanilla. Tidak mengandung massa kakao, flavor dihasilkan dari lemak kakao. Selain dikonsumsi langsung juga digunakan untuk dekorasi. Cokelat ini terbuat dari lemak cokelat, gula, dan vanili. Ia tak mengandung cokelat padat. Karena mudah hangus, ada baiknya dimasak dengan hati-hati.

5. Kakao
   Produk yang terbuat dari massa kakao setelah lemak kakao nya dipisahkan. Produk ini sangat mudah diolah dan ekonomis.

6. Minuman Coklat
   Produk minuman dari coklat yang terdiri dari massa kakao dan mengandung kadar gula yang tinggi.

7. Produk Coklat Lain
   Berbagai jenis kembang gula coklat.

Swift won the award for Best Female video at the MTV Video Music Awards on September 13, 2009. Her moment was interrupted by Kanye West, who took the microphone and announced that Beyonce should have won. After the incident, Swift composed herself and went on to perform "You Belong With Me."
