Swift's second full length albumFearless, released on November 11, 2008, spent seven consecutive weeks at the top spot on the Billboard U.S. pop albums chart. Swift also had a Christmas CD that sold exclusively at Target.
By the age of 18, Swift had all four of her singles hit the BillboardTop 40. She was nominated for a "Best New Artist" Grammy award in 2008.
Swift won the award for Best Female video at the MTV Video Music Awards on September 13, 2009. Her moment was interrupted by Kanye West, who took the microphone and announced that Beyonce should have won. After the incident, Swift composed herself and went on to perform "You Belong With Me."
